Trillium Ink is one of a very small number of approved tattoo schools in the State of Oregon. One of the most tightly regulated states in the US, our approval came as a result of our commitment to upholding the very highest standards in both treatments and training.
We offer both permanent makeup and scalp micropigmentation procedures from our Oregon clinic. Our artists are impeccably trained and skilled technicians with State licensing from Oregon.
Training courses are also available at our Portland office, for artists wishing to develop their skills in permanent makeup, scalp micropigmentation, or both. Our education programs are among the best in the industry and include substantial ongoing support to enable the next generation of artists to work confidently and competently.
